Summary

Four and a half years at Grupo Energisa's fintech. Here I became senior by responsibility — not by title. Financial product teaches you fast that wrong UI costs real money, and that became the ruler: every state, every error, every validation thought through for production. Technical leadership without a formal title: the standard came from example, not the title.

What I did

• Technical leadership of the Adimplência product (web + mobile) for 4 years across the entire cycle
• End-to-end credit contracting journey architecture — multistep, validations, integration with regulated banking systems
• BackOffices for pricing and credit scoring — interface for risk decisions in financial production
• React Native app for the end customer (simulations, receipts, compliance control)
• Componentization and testing standards that sustained the codebase over the long term

Takeaways

Financial product teaches you that wrong UI costs real money. Every poorly done loading state, every generic error message, every weak validation becomes a support ticket and churn. I took on the obsession with state, feedback and edge cases.
