Summary

Transition from agency to product. I prototyped in Figma in the morning and implemented in React in the afternoon — the bridge between design and code every day. The key shift here was to stop thinking like an advertising piece and start thinking like an interface someone uses to work 8 hours. Backoffice is where design matters MORE, not less.

What I did

• Logistics BackOffice for the group — forms, approval flows and internal control
• Prototyping in Figma + visual pieces in Photoshop, React implementation the next day
• Strategic landing pages for lead capture
• Institutional site for the group (front + light CMS)

Takeaways

Backoffice is where design matters MORE, not less. Those who spend 8 hours looking at a table deserve a good interface. I took that to Invillia and Voltz.
